Summary
Use the platform for your own study, keep your account secure, do not copy or resell content, and contact us if you have an access or payment issue.
1. These terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Certification Practice Platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
2. The service
Certification Practice Platform provides online certification practice tools, including study questions, exam-style practice, flashcards, bookmarks, streaks, saved progress, and weak-area review.
The platform is intended as a study and revision tool. It does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must not share your account access with another person unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Access and payment
The CCNA 200-301 track is offered as paid access for the period shown at checkout. Pricing and access duration will be displayed before purchase.
When payments are enabled, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. Your access will be linked to your signed-in account after successful payment.
Team access may be arranged separately and may be subject to additional written terms.
5. Digital content and cancellation
The platform provides digital content and online access. Where you purchase access and choose to begin using the service immediately, you may be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and understand how this affects cancellation rights.
Any refund or cancellation rights that apply will be handled in line with the information provided at checkout and applicable consumer law.
If you believe a payment or access issue has occurred, contact us using the Contact page.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape or copy content at scale, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform in a way that could damage or overload it.
You must not upload, submit, or transmit harmful, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
You must not use the platform to build, train, or populate a competing question bank or learning product without permission.
7. Content ownership
The platform, question content, explanations, flashcards, layouts, branding, and other materials are owned by Certification Practice Platform or its licensors.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own study during your access period.
You must not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.
8. Certification bodies
Certification Practice Platform is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, or any other certification vendor unless expressly stated.
Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant exam or certification track.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, improve, add, remove, or change features and content over time.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.
10. User data and progress
The platform may save your answers, exam attempts, bookmarks, streaks, badges, and weak-area review data to provide the learning experience.
We are not responsible for any loss of progress caused by user error, account misuse, technical failure, or events outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided for educational and revision purposes. It is not official exam content and should not be treated as a substitute for vendor documentation, practical experience, or official training where required.
We do not guarantee exam results, employment outcomes, certification success, or that every possible exam objective will be covered in the exact form used by any certification provider.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or exam outcome-related losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, fail to pay where payment is required, or where required by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
